General Questions:
Q: How to locate your dormitory administrator ?
A: Check on Moj študent https://student.sd-lj.si/# and click Desktop at the bottom it should be displayed.
Q: Moj Študent login problems ?
A: When you enter SDL dormitories for the first time you have 3 days to login into moj študent and register your email if you failed to do so please contact reception office (Sprejemna pisarna)
If your password is not working and you clicked Forgot your password? but you receive no email (not even in spam folder?) Contact reception office (Sprejemna pisarna)
Q: How to add a router or access point to SDLnet
A: This is currently not supported and not allowed
Q: WiFi signal lost in my room or floor ?
A: Possible Wi-Fi access point fault, please contact your dorm administrator to report the problem to appropriate maintenance crew
Windows 11
Tested working on: Windows 11 ver 24H2 & Win 10 22H2 (We recommend updating to Windows 11)
Note: "All fixes done on and for Windows 11"
Problem 1: SDLnet Wifi/LAN unable to connect
Prerequisites: SDLnet was working fine than suddenly it won't connect anymore ?
Note: “This can randomly accure we are investigating the cause of this”
Answer 1: Check if the check mark is applied or missing.
Wi-Fi: Go to: Start → Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi → Manage known networks → SDLnet → Advanced Wi-Fi network properties → Edit → Security → Select Secure W2 →Click Settings → verify check marks !
Lan: Go to : Start → Control Panel →Select Network and Sharing Center → On the left side, click on Change adapter Settings → Right-click on Ethernet and select Properties → Open the Authentication tab and select SecureW2 EAP-TTLS from the pull-down menu.
Click Settings → Secure W2 client opens → verify check marks !
Problem 2: After installing Secure W2 client and clicking on SDLnet Wi-Fi request for username and password pops up ?
Answer 1: Your missing or have incorrect (username(email) /password) in Secure W2 Client. Do not enter anything in the pop up window !
To fix this go to Secure W2 client Configuration and add or verify your information (Location of the client in Problem 1 )

Note: Pixel phones with Android 15 ver(13.0.0_r) are currently not supported!.
