Call for applications for subsidised accommodation of short-cycle higher education and higher education programme students with the status of persons under international protection for the academic year 2023/2024

Students with the status of a person under international protection who seek subsidised accommodation in a public higher education student residence or a secondary school student residence shall submit an application for admission or for extension.
Students shall submit their application in person or by registered mail using the form "Application for admission or extension to subsidised accommodation for students with the status of a person under international protection for the academic year 2023/2024". Students may submit such application at any time by 1 June 2024. Students who submit their application for admission by 16 August 2023 will be given the first consideration. Each student may submit only one application.
In case the number of submitted eligible applications exceeds the number of beds available under this call for applications, the applications will be ranked in order of priority according to the date and time of the application. In the case of applications received simultaneously, priority will be given to students whose temporary residence is further away from the place of study (the higher education institution’s headquarters or the short-cycle higher education institution’s the headquarters where the student is enrolled).
Students shall submit their applications for extension in person or by registered mail using the form "Application for admission and extension of subsidised accommodation for students with the status of a person under international protection for the academic year 2023/2024". Students shall submit the aforementioned application by 16 August 2023. Each student may submit only one application.
